It depends on the product and size, and every price includes UK delivery. A photo printed as it is costs less than a scene, and each product page lists every size with its price. Scene previews are free and watermarked, up to three successful previews per person per day.

For existing artwork, choose direct printing and upload your image without AI restyling. For a painted figure, choose an optional scene. Verify your email for up to three successful AI previews per day. Each result is separate, watermarked and saved for 30 days. Select the image you want, then choose a product or digital download.

Use an image of your own artwork, or one you have permission to reproduce. For an AI scene, use a photograph of your painted figure. Upload the original image file where possible; the size check tells you which print formats suit its resolution.

Confirm you own the image or have permission to use it, and have the rights or permission to transform and reproduce it as requested. This applies to original artwork and photographs of painted figures, on both upload routes.

Yes. We use the exact artwork you select, without the watermark. Your chosen product may crop the edges as shown in its preview; a digital download contains the complete artwork. Check the result before ordering. Any new AI version uses the same daily preview allowance.

Framed prints, canvas, metal prints, plywood wood prints, posters up to 70 x 100 cm, mugs and bottles. Every price includes UK delivery.

Each piece is made to order: production takes 2 to 4 working days, then delivery 2 to 5 working days. Ordering for a birthday? Order a week and a half ahead to be safe. For Christmas 2026, order by Thursday 10 December, or by Tuesday 15 December with Priority delivery.

Yes. Tick “This is a gift” in your basket and enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. The parcel carries no prices or receipt. No message is printed or put in the parcel: if you write a note, it comes back to you in the order confirmation email, ready to copy into a card or send on.

You can cancel within 14 days unless you ask us to send the file at once and confirm you lose that right. Your basket asks you to tick a box doing exactly that, so the file can be emailed as soon as payment clears.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, we reprint or refund: email photos to hello@brushandpaint.co.uk as soon as you can. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund, and your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights carry on after that. Because personalised items are made from your photo to your specification, the usual 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply once production starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 28(1)(b)): please check your chosen artwork and crop before ordering.
